At IceBreeze, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. That's why we've created a simple and transparent policy.

Order Cancellation

You can cancel your order free of charge at any time before it's shipped. Once your order has been shipped, cancellations are no longer possible.

Returns

You have 30 days from the delivery date to request a return. To be accepted, the product must be in the same condition as when you received it: intact, unused, and in its original packaging.

Returns are not accepted for products damaged due to improper use or for reasons not attributable to IceBreeze.

Refunds

Once the returned product has been received and inspected, we will process your refund within 5-7 business days. The refund will be credited to the same payment method used at the time of purchase.

Right of Withdrawal (EU Consumers)

In accordance with EU Directive 2011/83/EU on Consumer Rights, customers residing in the European Union have the right to withdraw from the purchase contract within 14 days of receiving the product, without having to provide any reason.

To exercise your right of withdrawal, simply contact us within 14 days of receiving your order at the email address indicated in the Contact Us section.

The product must be returned in the same condition in which it was received. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, unless otherwise agreed.

Refunds will be issued within 14 days of receiving the returned product, using the same payment method used for the purchase.

How to initiate a return
